Privacy Notice

Who we are

Liburion is a software company based in Kosovo. This notice covers the website liburion.com. Each of our products has its own privacy notice on its own site. Questions go to info@liburion.com.

What we collect

• What you type into our contact, ERP setup and job application forms: name, email, and whatever else you choose to give us (company, phone, your message, a portfolio link).
• The page you sent the form from, and the website that sent you to us, so we know which pages are useful.
• Your IP address, held in memory for ten minutes to stop the forms being flooded, and in our hosting provider's access logs for security.

What we do not do

No advertising or analytics trackers run on this site, and it sets no tracking cookies. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Why we use it

Only to answer your message, to prepare a proposal you asked for, or to consider your job application. The legal basis is your request to us and our legitimate interest in replying to it.

Where it goes

• The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Frankfurt).
• Form submissions are delivered to our team in a private Discord channel (Discord Inc., USA), and may also be emailed to us through Resend (Resend Inc., USA).
• Emails you send us are received through our email providers (Amazon Web Services or Resend).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months, and job applications within 12 months. If we work together, project correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@liburion.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo (Agjencia për Informim dhe Privatësi), or to the data protection authority where you live.
